Cookies and Cream Oreo Bark

Lately I have been on a "let's try out new recipes" kick and this was one of my favorites that I made. I have never actually made any type of bark before trying this one out, but my friend had told me it was super easy so I was pretty excited to try it out!

Well guys, it was super easy and it was only TWO ingredients! I mean it would be pretty hard to mess up a recipe that was only 2 ingredients, but if I didn't screw it up I know y'all will be able to make  this recipe too!
Ingredients
  • 10oz white chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli)
  • 15 regular sized oreos and 3 for topping

Directions
  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment or wax paper and let 1 inch overhang on each side.
  • Melt chocolate chips on stove on low, but stir constantly to make sure chocolate does not burn. Transfer to bowl and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Chop 15 oreos into small pieces, not too small that they turn into fine crumbs.
  • Add chopped oreos to the melted chocolate bowl and mix together.
  • Pour mixture into pan and use spatula to smooth out top.
  • Finely chop the remaining oreos and sprinkle on top.
  • Let chill for about 10 minutes until chocolate becomes solid.
  • Life whole bark out of pan by taking parchment paper off pan. Split bark with fork or knife.

Those look incredible! There's a Valentines candy that comes out this time of year that's made of Oreos and white chocolate that I'm addicted to, and these remind me of those. Yummmmm :)
