Reese's Cup Stuffed Pie

OK, I had been dying to make this Reese's Cup Stuffed Pie and kept putting it off but I finally did and it was delicious! However, I don't know if I will make it again. But, don't let that make you skip past this recipe! 


I say I don't know if I will ever make it again, because it was so many ingredients and it was somewhat time consuming. Maybe now that I know exactly what to do it wouldn't take as long. Another down side to my dish I made was that it was a little difficult at first to get all 3 layers on a plate to eat. But once you got good and into the pie, they were sliding out so easily.

I took this to the lake the other weekend and people were loving it! I hope you love it too!

Ingredients for Crust
  • 20 Nutter Butters
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
Ingredients for Fudge
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 20 Reese's Peanut Butter cups, unwrapped (minis or regular size will work)
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Layer
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate
Directions
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9" pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Crust: pulse Nutter Butters in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Transfer to bowl and add melted butter and mix until well combines.
  4. Press nutter butter mixture into prepared pie dish and bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  5. To make the fudge layer: combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Stir often until chocolate chips are melted. Pour the fudge into pie crust.
  7. Press Reese's cups into the fudge and refrigerate until next step is completed.
  8. To make the peanut butter layer: combine cream cheese, peanut butter, light brown sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  9. Add heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
  10. Spread the peanut butter mixture on top of fudge mixture.
  11. Break up Reese's cup and sprinkle on top.
  12. Refrigerate until firm.

Oh boy! Peanut butter is my secret love. It's a rarity in my house because my partner is allergic to peanuts (WHY?!?!) but good luck with stopping me from making this hahaa. It sounds SO good! x

Reese's Cups are one of my FAVOURITE treats ever! They're still kind of rare here in Australia unfortunately, but I think I might have to track some down so I can make this delicious pie 😍
