In 2016 I was doing a pretty good job at recapping our monthly dates we had and loved being able to look back at all the dates we had that month. So I am bringing that back! Every night is pretty much date night at our house, we always cook and eat together and we love all the quality time together!
Who else loves a good Mexican date night? Filled with lots of cheese dip, margaritas and endless chips and salsa! Well, Timmy and I do! We absolutely love going out to mexican restaurants and having a delicious dinner with just the two of us or with a whole bunch of our friends! Our first date night of 2017 was Mexican and it was perfect!
One of my favorite date nights was going to the Carolina Hurricanes hockey game together! We had great seats and had such a fun time together! Our company bought season tickets for half of the games and it was well worth it! We had really good seats and even had a waitress come and take our orders!

I would love to take my husband to a Leafs game this year (his bday is the day before Valentine's Day), but tickets are soooooo expensive and hard to come by!
I feel like eating is at the center of most of our dates! We also like to shop at thrift stores/consignment stores together.
I really like the idea of keeping a log of dates. After so many of them it is easy to forget! Thanks for the great idea and we love Mexican food, too!
