Everyone will tell you if you get a chance to try In-N-Out Burger to make sure you try it because it is so good. Myself, on the other hand would tell you to try it but not because of how good the food is, simply because it is a famous burger joint.

I did not enjoy it as much as I thought or was told I would. I especially thought I would really enjoy it because I ate it the very first night we were in LA, California and I ended up eating dinner about 12AM North Carolina time, but nope I still did not enjoy it. Cook out was better to me.

I got a Double-Double, which is double meat and double cheese, sounds delicious right? Nope, my bun was all crunchy and toasted way too much and I hate buns like that. The fries were OK- nothing spectacular. They were kind of like the McDonald's fries. Everyone said to the the fries "Animal Style"- which is fries topped with melted cheese, grilled onions and their secret sauce - which is just Thousand Island Dressing. The cheese part sounded good to me but not the onions and definitely not the dressing. I was a little disappointed to find out their secret sauce was just Thousand Island Dressing - made it seem like it was this big deal that no one else would have.

There was one thing I did enjoy there, the vanilla milkshake! I love some vanilla milkshakes and its hard to upset me when handed a vanilla milkshake!



Overall, even though it was not my favorite spot to go to I would recommend people to go there that are traveling California because it is a cool place and everyone has heard of it.
