This week's challenge: Go on a walk everyday. It doesn't have to be long but get outside and take a walk (treadmill walk will only count if raining).
Friday: C25k Week 1 Day 2 Saturday: 2 walks - 1 in AM, 1 in PM Sunday: C25K Week 1 Day 3 Monday: 1.5 mile walk in the AM Tuesday: C25k Week 1 Day 1 Wednesday: C25k Week 1 Day 2 Thursday: 1.5 mile walk in AM
What I felt. I was definitely more tired because I wanted to make sure to get all my walks done in the morning and still get my gym works out done in the evening. But I did feel a lot more productive during the day!
How hard was it? It really wasn't hard. Luckily this week was a pretty easy week for me and I didn't have many obligations outside of work and the gym this week.
Any changes? I feel more motivated to get up in the morning knowing I will have completed 2 miles before most people are even up!
Will I keep it up? Definitely!
Next week's challenge: Hit 10,000 steps every day, which is 70,000 steps a week. I usually can hit 70,000 steps a week but not from getting 10,000 steps everyday; there may be some days I get 5,000 steps and other days I get 12,000 steps and it ends up totaling up to 70,000 steps per week. But in this challenge I am challenging myself to get 10,000 steps every day.
Don't miss a thing ~ Follow along!

I love going for walks! Having Rosie really helps me want to get out and walk her because I know she depends on me to give her exercise!
I love your weekly challenges and really need to do this!
