Health
May was a month of realization. I realized I was pretty much the biggest I have ever been and the most self conscious I have ever been and I wanted that all to change. So yesterday I started another diet again. I will check in with you all next month and see how it went! I am thinking about doing the military diet a few times as well!
Workouts
I started an arm challenge in the middle of May and have really been enjoying it. See a recap next month!

Good luck with your meals and workouts, you'll do great! Summer is always a good time since it's so hot out it's easier to eat salads and lighter food :)
I need to get back to walking too! I'm a big low-carber and have got to get back on the train post-honeymoon cruise. That trip was not nice to my bod!
