January Goals



1. Workout at least 5 times a week.

The new year is here and although the last thing I want to do is go to the gym when it is so busy I have to force myself to go. I have been keeping up with my workouts when I have been in town but between going on the cruise the 3rd week in December and going to the mountains after Christmas my workouts have been sporadic and now all the New Year Resolutioners are taking over..but I have to keep my head in it and remember that in a month or two it will slow back down.

2. Try out new recipes.

Lately I have been in a cooking rut. I have been cooking the same old boring meals. I would like to try at least 2 new recipes this month; I am sure Timmy would really appreciate it.

3. Read 2 books.

Over the Holidays I really didn't get much reading done but now that everything has calmed down I hope to read 2 new books. I have so many on my to read list!

4. Go on a movie date.

One of Timmy and I's favorite things to do is go to the movies and eat way too much popcorn! We haven't been to the movies in months!

5. Complete 2 things on my  101 in 1001 list.

I only have a little over a year left to finish my list and it is looking like I am not going to complete everything, but I want to try to do as many as possible before I make my next list!

6. No spend January.

With Christmas and my LulaRoe addiction I have been spending way too much money on materialistic things recently. I am hoping I can really accomplish this no spend January. The only materialistic thing I am going to allow myself to buy, if I haven't bought it already, is a hair straightener.
