February Goals

January Goals:
  • Drink 64oz of water a day
    • I really tried. I think I set my expectation a little too high to achieve this every single day.
  • Try a yoga class
    • I attended my first yoga class at One Heart Yoga and I absolutely loved it! 
  • Workout at least 3x in the morning
    • I was doing good until the week of my vacation...I didn't exercise one bit!
  • Workout at least 2x in the afternoon
    • See above.
  • Reach 10,000 steps 3x a week
    • See above.
  • Grow my Instagram by 50 followers
    • I grew my instagram by about 40 followers
  • Lose 3 pounds by my Mexico trip - departing January 23
    • Well, my scale broke so I have no idea.
Well the first month of 2016 wasn't so hot. Hopefully this month will go a lot smoother!

February Goals:

  • Drink 64oz of water a day 4x a week
  • Attend yoga once a week
  • Workout at least 2x a week in the afternoon (excluding yoga)
  • Workout at least 3x in the mornings
  • Reach 10,000 steps 3x a week
  • Grow my Instagram to 500 followers.
  • Complete 1 thing on my 101 in 1001 list.
  • Lose 2 pounds
  • Make Timmy's valentine's gifts
  • No tanning
  • Start the C25k training program
  • Finish 2 Books

I love your goals for this month!! I am trying to hard to drink more water-it is hard! I am trying to also find a really good workout routine that doesn't bore me! haha

I always aim to drink way more water than I ever do! I wish I could get myself to drink 100 oz a day, but let's face it, it's not happening haha.

I love goal setting! Pat on the back for sticking to almost every January goal. Vacations don't count :)
