Another weekend of fall has come and gone and the Stephenson family got to check off another item on their fall bucket list!
We had all the major Thanksgiving foods covered, turkey, ham, potatoes, green been casserole, you name it we had it! Everyone brought a dish to eat and it worked out perfectly with barely any leftovers! We had about 20 people at our house yesterday and it truly reminded me of how blessed I am to have such amazing friends!
You know me, the party planner, so I was loving hosting this gathering! Since I am a little extra I got a few little fun decor, not much because I knew we would be outside a lot but I did add a little pizzazz to the Friendsgiving!
When my friend Caitlin and I first started planning this, I knew I had to have some cute napkins. I found these on Etsy and how perfect are they! And of course I got way too many so next year if we have another Friendsgiving, I will be able to use these again!
The next thing I knew I had to have were koozies! I love getting koozies for any party - they just make the party so much more fun to have a themed kooize! Once again, Etsy didn't let me down. These were a big hit and everyone loved picking what color they were going to use! PS - I didn't get a good photo of the other side, but it says "Gobble Til' You Wobble"
And the final must have for our Friendsgiving were Rose Gold Plastic Utensils! I wanted to have easy clean up, so plastic utensils and paper plates were a must. The rose gold just made it a little more fancy!
Everyone came over around lunch time and caught up until all the food was ready around dinner time. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect fall day! It ended up being on the cooler side, but not too cold we couldn't hang out on our back deck.
We had never hosted a Friendsgiving before, but we had so much fun we will most likely try and do it again next year! I mean what is better than good food, good drinks and good company?
Don't miss a thing ~ Follow along!

Such a wonderful idea, especially for those who don't live close to family.
