WEEK THIRTEEN: Be the Change You WISH to See
So in just a few weeks I am running my first 5K of 2016. I only ran 2 5Ks last year, but I have already signed up for my second one for April as well. Running makes me feel better, it gives me my time to myself and it gets me in shape.
My motivation to run is the clothes. There are so many cute workout outfits out there and I just want to buy them all. I have set a goal of every 50 miles I log I can buy a new workout tank, or shoes, or pants. That way I am rewarding myself for working out. I just recently hit my first 50 miles since February and am picking out what I want to buy, pinterest has been a lot of help :)
