Sweat It Out Vol. 3


Last summer I completed the  21 Day Arm Challenge two times, see the posts here and  here, and began to see some results but I lost my motivation and only completed 2 rounds of it. So, I  started it up again but did it a little different; each exercise to be completed in 2 sets of 8 reps everyday for a month. Last month I told you I had began the challenge but I didn't keep up with it as much, so I didn't see much progress so I thought I would recap it next month with my progress.

That's awesome! Good for you! I'm also doing a 90 day fitness challenge. There is nothing like a high from exercising and taking care of yourself!

This arm challenge sounds like something that I need to attempt pre-wedding! Perfect length of time, too :)
