21 Day Arm Challenge Round 2

Well I did it again. I did a second round of the 21 Day Arm Challenge. You can read about my first results here, but if you just want pictures stay here :). Shout out to my girl Nadine for introducing me to this arm workout! You would think these arm workouts get easier during the second round but I still found my muscles getting tired. I just love this arm challenge because it gives me the exact schedule and it is quick and easy!

I completed my first 21 days on August 6th and immediately went and started again with a 1 day break in between, finishing my 2nd round on August 28th.

LEFT ARM: July 17th

LEFT ARM: August 28th

RIGHT ARM: July 17th

RIGHT ARM: August 6th

RIGHT ARM: August 28th

There is not as much difference in my arms between August 6th and 28th except you can see a little more muscle detail. In person I can tell a difference from when I first started to now that my arms are not as flabby...you know when you hold your arm out and wiggle and see all that disgusting fat just whaling around..yea I still have some but it definitely has decreased in the whaling around. That is the biggest part for me...I don't want it to do that. So I am going to go for it again..but this time I am going to add in another arm challenge (the one pictured below)...this one is 30 days so I will start the 30 days and then the 21 days on the appropriate date and finish them the same day! Check back in about 30 days for another update!!

21 Day Arm Challenge

Shout out to my girl Nadine for introducing me to this arm workout! Somewhere around 21 days ago Nadine guest posted on A Little Glitter with some fitness tips. Want to know what I love about Nadine and her fitness posts? I love that she isn't a fitness coach, she isn't some hardcore spends 10 hours at the gym type person and sometimes she HATES working out. I can relate to her 100%! Her posts I find some helpful because I am in the same boat as her and I can relate a lot better to her than I can to a crazed fitness coach.

Well on Friday July 17th I started this 21 Day Arm Challenge. And completed it on August 6th.

RIGHT ARM: July 17th

RIGHT ARM: August 6th

Overall I have really enjoyed doing the 21 day arm challenge and plan to do another round! I am not sure if it is the way I am standing but in the August 6th pictures my arms definitely look more toned than the July 17th. I can't tell too much of a difference in person but when I compared these pictures I was a little surprised. I will check back in when I complete my second round of the 21 Day Arm Challenge!

Military Diet Round 2

Before I went on my cruise I did the Military Diet for 2.75 days. I was pretty happy with my results but now it is time to kick it back into gear. After all the food I ate last week on my cruise I need a detox. So I did the Military Diet again. And after this weekend I will be starting a completely new diet that will last 6 weeks! Check back on Monday to get the details!
On the morning of the 4th day I stepped on the scale and lost 4 pounds! Granted...I know I had put on a few pounds during the cruise so it could have been just me getting back into eating healthy and back to my original weight but I did weigh 1 pound less than I did when I weighed myself on the 4th day of my first time doing the military diet.
