Cheesy Potato Skins

Looking for an easy recipe that everyone will love? Try these cheesy potato skins! You can add bacon to them as well to give them a little extra taste!

You will need...
4 washed potatoes
3 TB melted butter
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Bacon Bits (optional)
Green onions (optional)

Preheat over to 400 degrees
Cut ends of potatoes and discard
Continue to cut the rest of the potatoes in 1/2 in slices
Brush both sides of potatoes with the melted butter
Place uncooked potatoes on pan with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray (non stick)
Sprinkle salt over tops of potatoes
Cook for 30-40 minutes, turn potatoes over and brown other side for 15 minutes
Top potatoes with with your toppings - cheese, bacon & green onions. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with ketchup or sour cream!
