Great work! I haven't heard of the military diet but it seems healthy. Good luck!
"What I ate: 1 slice of Toast and a bag of chips"
I laughed. Out loud. This is so me, and I completely get it. In 12 seconds I can justify a bag of chips and why it would have been good for me, and it would be a convincing argument. You did well, though! You lost and had a lot of times on track. Good for you!
Wow I am rooting for you, this meal plan is tough!

Thank you! I am starting to get used to it! But I am also looking forward to my cheat day!
Haha I wasn't planning on eating a bag of chips I just realized I forgot to cook my chicken and there was nothing else in the office so I had to eat a bag of chips but I am just like you I find arguments to justify why I ate them!
I really enjoy it! I have seen great results when doing it but this will be the first week I am doing it back to back so we will see if I really keep the weight off.
Great job!! Keep up the good work!!

I have never heard of the military diet.. interesting. Great job losing even though it was a busy week!
It still seems like you did a great job! =) I'm stuck in this cycle of losing and gaining a pound every couple weeks; but I'm doing PiYo so it might be coming back as muscle, I dunno!
I've heard about this diet and was thinking about trying it, but I'm afraid the weight will creep back on when I start eating normally! Good luck to you though :)

Look at you go! I've never heard of this diet, but I'm sure you'll rock it!
I always find this diet hilarious. Because, as a military wife, this is not the diet that they eat. I think it's named this simply for being 'strict'. But thank you for posting your nutritional intake this week. I need to start doing better on what I eat.
Girl aren't you starving?? I would be dead. As Trisha said, this diet is def not what military eats as my husband consumes over 2500 calories a day and eats LOTS! but I think they named it the military diet for PRT's when they have to weigh a certain amount for their height.
Ugh, I hated the military diet and definitely didn't stick with it for long. Bleh!
