BBQ Pork Chops

Most night consist of pork chops or chicken, so we had to find and come up with some other recipes so we weren't eating dinners on repeat and in came one of my favorite recipes...BBQ Pork Chops!

I am a big fan of BBQ and I love pork chops so I knew this recipe was going to be one we would eat over and over again, and that we have, This recipe is so simple and you will be ready to eat in 20-30 short minutes with hardly any prep time!

You will need...
Pork Chops
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (we used Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 cup water
Vegetable Oil

Drizzle vegetable oil in a skillet
Place pork chops in skillet and let cook for 5 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Flip pork chops over and let the other side cook for 5 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Add water and BBQ sauce to skillet
Cover and let cook for 5-10 minutes or until cooked through
