If you are the type to say yep I will just buy them, then continue to the next blog, but if you are like me and wanted to be able to make them yourselves..continue reading (it will probably take you longer to read this post than it will to actually make these)!

Oven Roasted Ranch Potatoes

One of goals each month is to try a new recipe, doesn't have to be fancy just something a little different. We are a big potato family and I love to cook oven roasted potatoes, but I never really do anything to them other than throw some olive oil on them and season with salt and pepper. It is amazing how just 1 ingredient can make them taste completely different and how simple it was to have a little different flavor than our normal potatoes!

Hello Fresh: Week One

Lately Timmy and I have been in a real cooking rut; we seem to cook the same meals each week with no variety. I am not sure if it has been because I have been just lazy or just haven't found any new recipes I have been dying to try! But all that changed last week - a few weeks ago Timmy and I took the plunge and ordered our first  Hello Fresh box to arrive last week! [Use that referral link on your first box and get $40 off your first order!!]

{ Guest Post } Being Leanna: Crockpot Tortellini Soup

Hello Everyone! Ashley has been kind enough to let me write a post on her blog today and i'm so excited! Ashley is always sharing tasty recipes so I knew that when I got the opportunity to guest post it would have to be food related. So today i'm sharing my favorite crockpot tortellini soup recipe! It is so easy to make, like most crockpot recipes, you just toss it in there and let it cook while you're at work!  I know people usually think of slow cookers during fall and winter but I think they're perfect for any season because they're just so easy! I can't think of anything more enjoyable than coming home from a long day of work and smelling dinner ready to go. YUM.

Stuffed Shells

Anything Italian is a favorite in our house! I have always made manicotti, but hated making it because it was always a pain and the pasta would always come unrolled. So I wanted to try something different but the same concept. After making this Stuffed Shells recipe I will never make manicotti again, this was so much easier!
