Stephenson Wedding {Reception Flowers}

When we first started planning the wedding and the reception I was going for something a little more rustic, but of course that all changed less than a month before the wedding.

Timmy and I had pictured lanterns on wood slabs, tree branches, mini votive, mini latnerns, anything rustic. But when Timmy and I met with our florist for the last time on  Halloween morning and I thought I still loved everything I had picked out months ago, well apparently I didn't. I showed her some things on my  Pinterest and she said "umm, all your most recent pins don't look anything like what we originally talked about" and I said yea I kind of like that feel to.

So I took out the wood slabs, was still going to have a rustic feel but without wood slabs. Then I added some bigger arrangements and some decorative vases and by the time we left the store our wedding was completely different. Timmy said to me when we got in the car "You know you just changed the entire look and feel of our wedding, right?" I said, are you mad and of course he wasn't! But I am so glad I did because it felt so elegant and romantic, but the  venue itself still added the rustic feel we wanted.

Above are pictures of the head table, But the guest tables were similar as well with varying heights. I just love the way the flowers turned out, exactly what I had truly wanted!

I love love love your arrangements! I had thought about doing a bigger table scape but I was kind of talked out of it by our florist-unfortunately however it all still turned out well!

Your flowers turned out absolutely gorgeous!!! You definitely made the right call. I wish we were able to have more flowers at our reception but they were one of the last considerations and just didn't make the cut. - Svetlana @Life With a Side of Wine

I love how it all turned out! Elegant is definitely what came to mind right away when I saw the pictures (before I read what you wrote). Such a beautiful wedding day.

Your flowers came out amazing! I agree that it was still very rustic without the wood.

Wow those flowers are gorgeous! For my wedding I went with wild flowers, sun flowers and lots of wood slices. Very similar sounding to your previous idea haha! I'm glad you found a look that you love!

Last month arranged a reception party for my sister. Had booked a local venue for the event and given the order to a well-known Florist Delivery. They provided fresh and beautiful flowers made the decorations outstanding. Everyone praised it.
